Criteria
- Training - 20 x 100 on 1 min 40 secs
- Attendance - 5 from 6 excluding Thurs (At least 1 morning a month minimum)
- Competition - Minimun of Level 2's & 3's targeted by Head Coach

Achieve County qualifying times and look to progress into Regionals. (Note - these training times are subject to change depending on pool/venue availability).
